workout- 9/10. Uneventful little run around the neighborhood. Just sore basically all over from golfing the day before. Only did 9 holes, and the most soreness is in my arms, but my back and parts of my legs are kind of sore too. Didn't really bother me on the run, but it was only 30min long.
