1 mile warm-up
4 mile run w/ Mike
Leg felt good but It felt tight for most of the run. Worsened through to the end but it was never bad enough to worry about.
Did 4X100 strides afterward and felt incredible. Leg felt fine and stretched well, but a few hours later after sitting down for awhile my knee felt terrible and tight. Woke me up in the middle of the night too and couldn't sleep for an hour (didn't hurt, but it would shock me when I moved it.)
