Aqua jog

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Aqua jog in the morning w/ coach. Picked up the pace a little more than normal but nothing tiring. Leg felt awful when I woke up but loosened up in the pool. Tight all day, but stretched out during King of the Beach in the evening after work (did a swim and a run.)

It's nighttime now and it feels decent but I'm concerned how it'll be in the morning. I iced it a ton and stretched it when I got the chance.
