Exercise Type: Elliptical

Weird morning. Went to PT for weekly appointment for matinence and whatnot, expected the usual routine but far from it today. Asked about drills, said to wait one more week just to make sure. I was planning on not doing 2 exercises (I can never spell that word....) today but they told me to warm up on elliptical for 20 minutes. Went really easy. Then Terry said that it might be useful to try dry needling on the foot/calves to make sure that nothing is tugging the foot anymore (=no more tearing=no more scar tissue). Its not acupuncture because its a different technique, but something along the lines of needles and whatnot. Apparantly I "have a lot of junk" in my calves because the needles were physically vibrating when they were in the trigger points, and when I stood up it felt like my calf was stretching. And I've never felt a calf stretch this deep before!
