Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I truly believe I'm ready to train a little bit.
I think I have figured out whats wrong with me.
It sounds weird, but it makes so much sense.
I have
loss of appetite
sleepiness
dry mouth
head pains
muscle pain (nowww all over my body)
etc
dehydration.
it must be.
and I figured this out friday, and I have dranken more water, and electrolytes and less soda..I already feel an improvment.
Its amazing.
