Weather: humid but cool

Comments:
Legs felt way better for this. First two the goal was 6min pace and i felt smooth. Last one I wanted to do it at sub 17 5k pace so I was shooting for under 5:26. Felt more out of my comfort zone but still in control so i think low 17s may be a possibility this Sunday... sub 17 if a miracle happens.
