Comments:
Legs were tired all day so I put off running till night and switched my mileage with tomorrow. Before I headed out my legs felt great, but my tendon was uncomfortable in the first mile. Mile 2 - 5 felt amazing, no pain anywhere, so I started picking it back up to my normal pace. Soon, the tendon started hurting again. Then my left IT band started randomly twinging, my left achillies started hurting, and my right hip started hurting. On top of that, I was having some killer heartburn. The last mile felt ok but I'm starting to get nervous about all these little pains. If I'm lucky, they'll all turn out to be false alarms
