skipped yesterday cause my knees were killing me, today went for an asylum loop which is 5.358 miles (ish), so im rounding up to 5.5 but the real pace is only 7:18. pretty sweet tho, didnt realize i was going quite that fast. scoree. it felt really good most of the time actually, and ima do a great stretch now. keep it up!
