Exercise Type: Run
Weather: pretty nice, cool but still good
Comments:
30 min tempo about 5.2 miles, did a mile warmup and 1.3 or so cooldown, went down democracy to 7 locks to bradley to river road and back, lots of rolling hills that were fun and definitely felt like i got a lot out of this, felt really strong most of the time and pushed the uphills well, worked with sean the entire time with ishan right behind on the way back
