Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Went to the gym. Did the elliptical for 10 minutes- went a little over a mile. Did the weight machines - upperbody (shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, arms, abs etc.) and lowebody (quads, hamstrings, hips etc.).
Did a separate ab workout on the mat for 10 minutes or so, including 2 planks and some push-ups in between. Upper, middle, lower abs and side abs exercises.
