3 miles with 10 X 20 seconds fast and controlled
I screwed this up by just doing 3.54 miles via two loops on bridle path to make up for lost Tuesday.I did not read the instructions.
i assume when i due this I run 10 intervals for 20 seconds during the three mile run.
