Comments:
Overall felt okay except by myself and my legs felt sore. The whole 4.8 miles is really ticking me off because when I first mapped it it was five miles but then it turned into 4.8. It is really annoying me that it is 4.8 and not 5... 50 body squats, 3x10 runner reaches, 3x20 lateral leg raises, 3x20 calf raises, and 1x90 sec fire hydrant. Calf walk.
