Beach Run w/ PBRR Club

Comments:
Dad and I woke up at 5am to meet the running club at 6am. We were tired from race last night, so we did not do the full 10.6 - turned around at the 9.2 half way mark. Ran at a nice recovery pace. I felt strange (Beginning of run I felt clammy like I was gonna pass out, but my heart was racing) possibly from lack of sleep and caffeine. Legs felt good though. Felt strong at the end. Took lots of water and gatorade at water stops along the way and had a Gu, which helped. Not feeling well and have to work today ugh.
