Comments:
Ran to JCP Soccer fields, which are 1.7 miles from my house, ran 4 laps around the soccer field (between 2.5-3miles), did 10x100m strides at 80% effort on the grass & then ran home.
I'm thinkin it was all together around 6 miles because I did 54 minutes of running and ran at a sloww recovery pace, as legs were tired. Felt strong on the strides.
