Comments:
had a nice long run through a big park in munster. it went around the perimeter of a golf course, with a paved path. i tried to run on the shoulder. there were a couple paths branching off of the main one, so i took them. one was mostly grass, the other crushed gravel. it was sunny, but not too hot, so i was very comfortable. stopped to get some water halfway in. i was glad to finish my second 15-miler in as many weeks. 7-day best: 69 miles!
