... I've been running usually only 4 or 5 days in any given 7 day period the past couple of weeks nursing some pain in my left foot. I figured I could recover with less frequent running along with new shoes that I needed pretty bad. I completed 5 consecutive days on Tuesday, took yesterday off, and felt the least pain that I've felt in about 2 weeks today walking around, so I didn't do anything today, and hopefully when I get back to Case tomorrow I can forget about a crappy winter break of running.
