Weather: 80, kinda sunny and humid
Comments:
60 MED 5x15 PUPs
terrain- hilly!
surface- trails. bits of road
sleep- 8
hydration- 5/10
workout- 7/10. Decided to run Money Loop near the beginning, which isn't terribly long but it's got killer hills no matter which way you run it. So that was tiring, but the way down was easy enough, and I felt pretty good after that. The rest of the run was good, was tired by the end. No issues, though.
