did part of the workout with the baa: 4.5 mi of a progression run (6:56, 6:55, 6:47, 6:46, 3:14) that was actually right on pace. i could have gone longer but i'm glad i stopped when i did bc my legs were really dead when i did a mile of TL at the track afterward
