i couldn't decide what i was going to run today-- i was a little tired from yesterday's run, so i was just going to go 6, but it rained during the day, so it had cooled down, and i thought the trails might be slippery. i decided to run the usual 8-mile road loop. i was hitting 6:30s pretty consistently until the last couple miles, when i sped up a bit. they're mostly flat or downhill, so i barely noticed the pace change. felt really comfortable. ran on grass when possible. stretch, 4x 1' planks flrf, hips x20 while watching suits.
