Weather: 75, about to rain/storm

this workout felt so nice!! i met carly and mariko at the track for some 200's. they were doing continuous on-off 41-42/51-52; at terry's suggestion i just did the ons and then jogged diagonally across the infield during the offs. the offs ended up being a little short most of the time, probably 49 on avg, and toward the end when mariko pulled ahead of carly i alternated running with one then the other so that my break was shorter or longer depending. this workout felt really good; i was glad to be on the track and the cooler weather definitely helped.
the 200's were: 43.0, 42.2, 41.5, 41.9, 41.7, 41.5, 41.6, 42.0, 41.2, 41.1, 40.4, 40.1, 40.2, 38.1
