workout- 8/10. Y'know, not bad for my first 75min run. As usual, a bunch of hills in the beginning and middle... during which time I noticed that my legs (mostly the right) were bothering me... the inside of my right leg (shin and ankle area) felt like when lactic acid builds up and makes your muscles all tired. That's the best way I can put it. but it mostly bothered me on the way up to the fields, then it faded away and didn't bother me on the way down. I didn't notice until the end that my shoulders had been feeling tense again, and that I had a blister. None of these things hindered me for long, though, they're mostly observations. Overall I think the run went pretty well
