Weather: great, sunny, but not especially hot

So my training in terms of running has resumed
1 mile warmup
around 3 or 4 miles for a 30 min run. was trying to keep around 120 hr but mangaed 130. espeically frustrating bc i know that i could have gone much faster. but i guess this is for the best
