warmup/1.5mi tempo/2:30 break/1.5 mi tempo/2:30 break/800 hard/cooldown/strides. felt good, my first good tempo. held back a bit since last week was a race. this was in wet, heavy shoes on roads instead of the track this time, so although time is a bit slower, it was actually more successful. first 1.5 miles was a net uphill, while the 2nd was a net downhill. strides - 4x20s
