felt guilty

Weather: very wet but dry

pain in the knee. the old injury. did not do enough stretching and making my ankles strong with other exercise. got punished for it today, especially after I fell of the stairs last week.
but i feel relieved.
we are a bunch of losers and i couldn't live with the shame of walking in the loser tshirt. which i should have worn today.
