got there with no time to warmup and stuff (coming from the last apex project!), did the 1000m all alone in the slower heat in ?, 62, ?, 2:13, 2:45.8, pretty good considering i felt a little out of breath and rushed and unwarmed up, reasonably strong but was aiming to come through 800 a few seconds faster, whatever not too concerned, hula-hoop relay after,
