Comments:
This run was awful. It was hot but that's not even why it was awful. I couldn't run fast and I could barely run a mile without feeling like I was going to collapse. It could be related to not having dinner last night or breakfast this morning, and maybe dehydration as well. Whatever it was, it was horrible.
