Comments:
I RAN ABOUT 4 MILES TODAY AND IT WASN'T EXTREMELY HARD. THE HILL WORK OUT DEFINITELY IS A CHALLENGE BUT ITS GETS EASIER AND EASIER EACH TIME I DO IT. I DID 2 SETS OF 5 75M STRIDES AT 90% AND 1 SET OF 4 50M STRIDES. IT IS A MILE TO THE PLACE WHERE THE HILL IS AT AND A MILE BACK SO IT WAS A GOOD WORKOUT.
