starting to feel more confident about my recovery. i thought about running 8 today, but decided against it mid-run, when i started feeling more tired than i expected. still closed in 6:30ish, which i was happy about, and my neck didn't hurt. stretch, 4x1' planks flrf, 4x25 pushups.
