Weather: -20 out. so inside..

Comments:
warm up 3 min. then 5.4 for 5 min. then up .1 (5.5, 5.6, 5.7 etc) up to 6.2 every minute. then 6.5 for 30 seconds and back down the curve...3 min at 5.4 in the middle then repeat again. 5 min cooldown.
