Felt pretty good. Some easy miles in the middle. Got a work/crisis call that needed to be attended to at mile 2 but kept at it from there with the exception of a couple short water breaks (time included). Held a steady pace and then picked it up in the last mile. Gel at 4.25, 9.5 and 12.5. Drank 60oz water 10oz Gatorade. Pretty happy with this after a couple weeks of low dedication and little consistency. Even had a bit left at the end but didn't want to push it too far.
