after keep data about running and then noticing a pattern i feel like Mondays are my worst days. Ive just come back from 2-3 days of resting without any jogging- my times are usually horrible. Then on tuesdays i seem to do great. Since i have a run on Wednesday night i decided to push everything back 1 day. In hopes to have a great time on wednesday night.
