Weather: beautiful. sunny. cool. no humidity.
Comments:
found a track at a local high school after work to do 400 repeats. started very slow (1:17-1:22) and was feeling horrible but loosened up by the 3rd or 4th rep and was able to maintain decent pace (1:09-1:11) for the remainder.
