Comments:
1.5 mile warm-up. 4 x 1 mile intervals at LT pace. 1 min recovery in between each. 1.5 mile cool-down. Ran pretty even and consistent. Was not feeling great when I woke up this morning, but the pace felt comfortable and not difficult.
