Weather: 72 and AC under a fan!
Comments:
1/5 mile warm-up. Then 30:00 fartlek with 4:00 on/2:00 off x 5. Then 1.2 mile cool-down. Felt ok. Kind of tired and legs tired from increase in mileage and intensity of late. This is about 26 days in a row running without a day off :)
