Comments:
best tempo i've done, finally a good workout. long warmup, first 800 of each tempo segment was on the track to lock down pacing. in between the two tempo segments was 2:15 of jog/walk. this was in sneakers too, so that slowed me down a bit. still felt strangely easy for the quick pace. weird. sneakers have over 500 miles on them, but they're more comfortable than ever to run with? cooldown was barefoot on turf
