workout at bryant today, starting at 6 so its kinda night kinda afternoon whatevs. regardless, it was pretty intense. difficult for me cause i havent run a real workout workout in so long, i should try to get a few good ones in before school really starts. track workout: start off with a 100 progression/pickup, short jog through the D of the track, then another 100 progression, then jog to 200 mark. then 400, 200 rest, 200, 200 rest, 400, 200 rest, 200, 400 rest. thats all one set, and we did 4 sets. i stayed with killian for most of it, towards the end and a few in the middle i fell off the pace but im ok with it. i worked hard and hung in there. the paces we were going for were 80 seconds for the 400's and 36 for the 200's. to me it sounded slow but i quickly found out that it was a real tough workout. there were no stops between intervals, only 200 jogs. thats probably the hardest part, the not stopping. these are the times i remember as best as i can. first set: 79, 38, 80, 38. second: 79, 36, 80, 35. third: 78, 36, 82, 37. fourth: 79, 35, 80, 35. warm ups and cool downs estimated by time. all speed logged together (distance added up) and all recovery logged together also (distance added up). these are some what of guesses and no time for those so whatevs
