Weather: cooler (70?) but humid

Comments:
Olentangy trail --tried to go pretty slow for the first 40 minutes and then did some tempo bursts with overall faster speed on the way back, slowing down a few times to recover. New socks and shoes on the same day--big mistake! My feet were burning and hips still hurt.
