Comments:
did nothing all morning, thought about going for a run, but put it off until afternoon. luckily it hasn't been as hot lately, and there was a nice breeze, so running at 430 felt good. i started out at about 6:40 pace-- ran at henderson, and i felt good and just got faster as the run went on. pushed the last mile for 5:44 i think. felt real good about it. stretch, bear
