Weather: rainy and a bit yuck

Comments:
workout with the guys today, 2 miles down to the track, 6 800's with 1:45 recovery in between each, then 3 miles back to mount. it was a good day, but after the track stuff my hamstrings (weird part like on the outside almost) are really soree. could be from doing a workout after a jon appointment earlier today. anywho, good workout until hammys after. killian and kevin had me by a few seconds on a few of them, but for the most part it felt pretty good.
