Weather: 75, slight breeze
Comments:
15 minutes up, 5/4/32/1 with equal recovery, 9.5 minutes down. Tired, but the conditions were great. Went backwards around the park, and did a lot more of this on pavement. I think it helped the pain in my lower back. I was not flying by any means but a decent effort.
