I ran with Coach Jen and Rachel Wren today. I showed up uninvited.

1. 70 min medium run with 8x20 hills

4. I was happy that I invited myself to run with Coach Jen and Rachel because they helped me run a good medium pace. I felt a little tired, but ok. Then, I went to do my hills. They did not go so well. I felt completely drained and I wasn't really expecting to feel that tired.
