Comments:
after a wonderful nap on the grass by the track...
1 mile-ish warm up then 2 miles on the track then cool down quickly to veale for strength
I'm happy with my second 2 mile...and the new nicknames :) 6:16 or so through the first mile and I just convinced myself I was only running about an 800 the whole time.
