Comments:
Ran the usual 10 in the afternoon. Went through the medow (which was kinda a shit show) and then up to North Park. Felt good. Got going pretty good once the pack dwindled to just me Tim and Drew and that felt really good. It was good just to stretch out and run a good pace again. I feel like this shows that I'm pretty much recovered from the time trial. Should be a good workout in the pm tomorrow.
