Comments:
Warmed up on the lower half of the course, Kamalsky drill series. Put some bio-freeze on the right knee and both hips.
14 legs ranging from 1 to 3 minutes with full recovery. The workout started pretty well, but I started to drag a little about halfway through. I feel I got a good workout in, but it was a little rough. I may not have been at the front of the pack the entire time, but I feel that I put forth my best effort.
My hips were feeling it after, most likely because of the terrain, especially the slants on the hills. I tried to keep it conservative on the downhills as well, although that wasn't all that easy during the hard segments.
Random stretching, followed by Ibis before heading back to campus.
