Comments:
Didn't know whether or not to do a workout today.
Decided during the run that I'd hit the meadow for 2 or 3 repeats of the long hill. Got in 3, decent pace I'd say. Legs felt heavy.
Pretty tired on the run back to my apartment, but I'm glad I got the work in.
