so this went...okay. I stayed with Erica and Natalia just fine for the first 3 ish miles, but then I started dropping them. I completely died the last 1.5 miles. we were going at about 6:40, which is already on the fast side for a tempo for me, but I think the real problem was the distance, not the time. I could hold that for 4 miles, but not 5. not today. my legs are super tired. I felt a TON better during the accelerations, but I always do. Coach and I were talking and decided that my legs just desperately need a break (I don't think my LEGS have ever felt quite that worn out). I haven't had a day off since last week sunday. I think this is the problem. so. taking tomorrow off! See ya Wednesday!! :D
