Tempo Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tempo out and back for 7 miles. I felt good through the beginning steady state and into the first mile or so of the tempo, but I dropped back a little and stayed back until we turned around and headed back. After the halfway mark I started to feel better and I picked my pace back up and started to catch back up to the main pack finishing almost back at the front. I felt good throughout most of the workout except for one small part, but overall it was a good workout.
