Comments:
Hard but still controlled. Rep 6 started dry heaving down the last 100 couldn't finish. Took almost 5 min rest. Rep 8 was pushing, on pace for a very low 2:50 but got sick again at 600m and threw up. Was kinda warm and sunny but not that bad.
