Comments:
did a long run today and ran by myself. FELT LIKE PURE CRAP. i wasn't really thirsty but my legs were hurting. both my ankles were sore; and i felt realllllly slow. i stopped twice, once at the 2.5 mile marker, and once at the bridge while coming back (about 4.95 miles, lol). i was kind of dizzy and felt like puking. breathing was decent.

splits: 9:55, 10:15, 10:00, 10:11, 10:33.
