Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
swam freestyle for 20ish minutes then my left shoulder started KILLING me, tried toughing it out but at 30 minutes it became apparent that i could not swim freestyle laps anymore. from this point on did 1/2 lap breast stroke, half lap freestyle, this actually went pretty well and my shoulder felt better though I did hear some cracking going on in it lol w/e it feels fine unless i am swimming or lifting
